You may change or cancel your order by our Customer Support Team before the order is processed.
If you have missed the grace period, unfortunately, your order cannot be canceled or modified. However, if you need to make changes, we recommend emailing us at supersnatchers@gmail.com within 24 hours of placing your order.
On the last page before you click complete order you will find a box to enter your discount code. Once you have entered this code, click “Apply”. Your total amount will be updated to reflect the discount.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail notification containing the shipment tracking information. You will then be able to track your order through the tracking link on the email or by logging in to your account on https://supersnatchersllc.com/. Your order may arrive in several shipments. You will receive a separate e-mail notification for each shipment.
It will be sent to the email you used for placing the order. If you fail to track your order, please email supersnatchers@gmail.com with your order number and request.
First double-check the area where the carrier would have left it. Ask neighbors too in case the package was dropped at the wrong door. Also, look for any “attempted delivery” notices, which means the carrier tried to deliver it, but no one was home. If you still don’t see anything, wait until the end of the next day, because some carriers’ electronic systems may show the package as delivered, even when it’s still on the way. Still no luck? Call the carrier with your tracking number for more information.

It is possible that your order may be canceled when it was detected by the system as a high-risk order. If you receive a cancellation notification, please contact your financial institution to verify your payment method and reach out to our customer service. All charges will be refunded after verifying the details of your order.
Many styles of shapewear are designed for everyday wear. Tested for function and comfort, only the top styles voted by women make it onto our site.
Buy in-store and return online is currently not allowed. In-store purchases need to be returned or exchanged in the same retail location, and vice versa.
Once we see your garment(s) are on route to us, for the exchange request, your exchange garment(s) will be shipped out to you and a shipping confirmation email will be sent right over to let you know it’s on the route;
for the return request, we will get your refund processed for you, and you will be notified via an email. Your refund will be processed and applied to the original method of payment.
Note that refunds can take up to 1-3 business days to appear on your bank account due to varying processing times of financial organizations.
Currently, we can only issue a refund to the original payment method, meaning that we cannot issue a refund to a new account or card.
If you have a new credit card, but the original account remains active, the refund will process back to your account. If the account has been completely closed, please consult the bank first. You can reach out to us at supersnatchers@gmail.com if you need further assistance.
We use outside delivery companies (UPS, FedEx, DHL, and USPS), we cannot guarantee these delivery times.
Yes, we offer standard and express shipping options to most countries.
Normally we will only ship to the address entered when the order was originally placed. Let’s connect as soon as possible if you need to update the shipping address– contact us.
Orders are processed depending on item availability and payment approval. During high volume periods, product availability may be subject to change while your order is being processed.
Most orders placed on business days will be processed and shipped within 14-21 business days.
We are unable to deliver on weekends or public holidays, any orders placed during this period will be dispatched the following business day.

Please note that shipping times do not include the standard 1-2 business days processing time it takes for the order to ship out.
