**Refund Policy**

Customers have three (3)days from the date of receipt to report an item as defective or damaged or to request a replacement of the same item if the company is at fault. If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, you must notify us within two business days to initiate the return process for the correct order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it – unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. **Damages and Issues**

Please carefully inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can assess the issue and resolve it promptly.

 

**Exceptions / Non-returnable Items**

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of shapewear that has been tried on, used, worn, or stretched. Our garments are considered underwear and come into contact with intimate areas, making them ineligible for return. Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

**Exchanges**

We can facilitate exchanges for garments that have not been tried on, stretched, worn, used, washed, soiled, or damaged. The exchanged item(s) must be in perfect condition. Exchanges are only permitted in the event of receiving the wrong item.

 

**Refunds**

Please note that if your package is lost or stolen from your mailbox, we will assist you in opening a claim with the shipping carrier (FEDEX, DHL, or USPS). However, we will not issue a refund or resend the order as we cannot be held responsible for loss or damages caused by third parties. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your shipment.
